2. Safeguards लगाए जाएं
-बिना जांच कोई FIR नहीं
-बेल की व्यवस्था
3. गलत केस करने पर सज़ा का प्रावधान
4. एक्ट में भी बदलाव किए जाएं (किसी की फ़ोटो/मूर्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाना, या किसी व्यक्ति का अपमान करने पर सज़ा-ये सब प्रावधान हटाएं जाएं)

जजों को खुद सोचना चाहिए कि आज क्यों उन्हें मां की गालियां दी जा रही है

कैंसर पेशेंट जो एकदम मरने वाली है लास्ट स्टेज का कैंसर है उसने कुल 57 बार याचिका दायर करके कहा कि उसका मामला जल्दी सुन लिया जाए क्योंकि उसे फोर्थ स्टेज का कैंसर है

और अंत में बगैर न्याय के वह कैंसर पेशेंट इस दुनिया से चली गई

लेकिन जज ने उसका मामला नहीं सुना

तीस्ता सेतलवाड़ को दो बार आउट ऑफ द वे जाकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जेल जाने से बचाया एक बार जब उसके दरवाजे पर गुजरात पुलिस थी तब कपिल सिब्बल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज को फोन किया और दुनिया में पहली बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज ने डेढ़ मिनट के फोन पर तीस्ता सेतलवाड़ को जमानत दे दिया

और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के उस जज ने कहा मैंने तो फोन पर सुनवाई कर लिया

फिर बाद में पता चला उसे जज की बेटी तो तीस्ता से तलवार के एनजीओ में भागीदारी में थी

दूसरी बार फिर इस तीस्ता सेतलवाड़ को रात को 11:00 बजे एक सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज ने घर पर सुनवाई करके जमानत दे दिया और जेल जाने से बचा लिया

अब आप समझ गए होंगे कि क्यों जनता कोर्ट रूम में इन जजों को मां की गाली दे रही है

उधर निदा खान को जज ने सिर्फ इसलिए जमानत दे दिया कि उसने कहा कि जेल में उसका बेटा पैदा होकर भगवान श्री कृष्ण की तरह जिंदगी भर का कलंक नहीं ले सकता

तो भाई राजीव गांधी हत्याकांड में नलिनी को यह सुविधा क्यों नहीं दी गई नलिनी की बेटी तो जेल में पैदा हुई तो कानून में ऐसा भेदभाव जज लोग क्यों कर रहे हैं??

हालांकि में गालियों का समर्थन नहीं करता लेकिन जजों को खुद आत्म निरीक्षण करना चाहिए कि आखिर उनका आचरण ऐसा हो कि उन्हें लोग सम्मान करें
