🚨 BREAKING: The Federal 9th Circuit just BLOCKED Gavin Newsom's "No Vigilantes Act," ruling California CANNOT force federal agents to identify themselves on the job because of the US Supremacy Clause

The law would have let California CRIMINALLY PROSECUTE federal agents who didn't visibly display ID.

The court ordered a preliminary injunction barring California, Newsom, and his Attorney General from enforcing the law against federal officers

The court said it's a Supremacy Clause violation: states "may not directly regulate the Federal Government's operations"
