Calif has now lost control of its "Voter File."
An expert with a contract with Calif has a copy of Calif's Voter File -- the very document Calif has refused to provide to DOJ or DHS.
That expert has now relied on that Voter File to determine some number of names among the 20,000 given to California by DOJ are not in Calif's Voter File. That expert has submitted a declaration to that effect in litigation pending in D.C.
Under the rules of discovery regarding expert witness testimony, DOJ is entitled to have its experts review any data or source materials relied upon by an expert for an opposing party.
Not sure Calif and LA County were aware this expert was going to provide this declaration in a separate action pending in D.C. -- but now he has.
Kid Rock has Bill Maher’s audience hanging on every word as he delivers a surprisingly thorough takedown of Abdul El-Sayed.
Bill Maher tried to interject. Kid Rock didn’t let him.
KID ROCK: “Can I tell you about Abdul El-Sayed? ... He wrote an op-ed in college supporting the Egyptian president, who was absolutely with the Muslim Brotherhood, and even called on him to purge the police and the media.”
“If that’s not enough for you, in the last debate in Michigan with his candidate, Mike Rogers, they were asked point blank: ‘Who is a bigger threat to America, Iran or Israel?’ Mike Rogers: Iran. Abdul — asked him twice, couldn’t answer the question.”
“If that’s not enough for you, throw a big helping of socialism on top. And people talk about assimilation too all the time, right? This man very much is assimilated. Good education, well-spoken, even a good-looking guy.”
“You know who else assimilated very well? ... The Fort Hood shooter... So it scares the hell out of me, this Islamic extremism. Is he a wolf in sheep’s clothing, or is he just a wolf in wolf’s clothing?”
CONTEXT: Kid Rock grew up picking apples on his family’s orchard in Romeo, Michigan, and got his start DJing house parties around Detroit, where people said the white kid “rocked” the turntables. That’s how he got his name.
His Michigan roots run deep. He even teased a Senate run in 2017, and it’s clear he has no intention of letting someone like El-Sayed take over his home state without a fight.

Today is October 31, 2026 - the border is CLOSED, the streets are SAFER, we’re BUILDING things in America again, and Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States of America. 🇺🇸
A black guy on bus said I had "balls" to wear a MAGA hat on the bus. I asked him very nicely, why is that? People wear hats. He said because Trump is racist.
So I asked for one example of Trump being racist.
He said "ICE".
Literally, his one word answer. I then explained that ICE had been around since 2003, funded by a bipartisan act.
He then start looking around the bus and said, "This guy!"...and then said, and I quote "Think we should get him?"
I said "I don't think they really care man."...and he looked at his friend who said that he was Hispanic, and that he supported Trump.
So the dude just laughed, and got off at next stop.
Personally, I think he was embarrased that the people on the bus just wanted to get home and not deal with him trying to start something with random guy who was just wearing a hat.
I refuse to live in fear for having my political views.

On October 31, 1991, a 79-year-old Mary Anne MacLeod Trump stepped out of her Rolls-Royce on Union Turnpike near her home in Jamaica Estates, Queens, when a 16-year-old mugger grabbed her purse and threw her to the ground, and what followed was not just a violent crime but the event that quietly reframed the entire final decade of her life and revealed how her son, the real estate billionaire Donald Trump, actually showed up when it mattered for the people he loved. Mary Anne's purse contained $14. She refused to let it go. The mugger beat her on the pavement, breaking her ribs, fracturing multiple bones, causing a brain hemorrhage, and inflicting permanent damage to both her sight and her hearing, injuries from which she never fully recovered.
A bread-truck driver named Lawrence Herbert witnessed the attack, chased down the teenager, and held him until police arrived. The assailant later pleaded guilty to robbery and assault and received a sentence of three to nine years in prison. Donald Trump subsequently tracked down Lawrence Herbert and sent him a personal check specifically intended to keep Herbert from losing his home to foreclosure, a quiet, direct, and entirely unpublicized act of gratitude for a man who had saved his mother.
Mary Anne spent the last nine years of her life significantly diminished by that attack, her vision and hearing permanently impaired, surviving her husband Fred by approximately a year before dying on August 7, 2000, at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York, at age 88. She had come to America 70 years earlier with $50, worked in other people's mansions, married a builder from Queens, raised a future president, and in the end was mugged on her own street for $14, her Rolls-Royce parked just feet away. The death notice in the Stornoway Gazette, the newspaper of her Scottish hometown, read simply that Mary Ann Trump, aged 88, was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Mary MacLeod of 5 Tong, the fishing village she had left at 18 and never stopped belonging to.
A family of 14 was inside their home as a massive fire spread through the house. Several children were still fast asleep, unaware of the growing danger.
But as the fire spread, something strange was happening miles away. A father driving home with his 13-year-old son kept getting directed down an unfamiliar road by his GPS. Even after changing the route several times, it kept sending him back. Eventually, he followed it, with no idea what he was about to discover.
It happened near Lyerly, Georgia. Casey Sparks was driving home with his son, Cayson, when his GPS kept rerouting him. After following it, he noticed an orange glow on a nearby hill. As he approached, he discovered a house on fire and a teenager desperately fighting the flames with a garden hose.
Casey told his son to call 911 and rushed inside, shouting for everyone to wake up and get out. As the family scrambled to escape, he found a young girl in a hospital-style bed who needed help.
He scooped her into his arms and headed toward the door he’d entered through. But the flames had already engulfed the exit.
With the little girl in his arms, Casey found another door, carried her outside, and handed her over a fence to a neighbor. Then he went back inside to help the others escape.
All 14 family members survived. Their home was destroyed, but not a single life was lost.
Casey later said he believed God had directed him down that unfamiliar road for a reason. What seemed like a frustrating GPS detour had brought him to a family that desperately needed help.
Sometimes God puts us exactly where we’re needed, even when we don’t fully understand why.
