24) o condenado Lula saiu da prisão para concorrer à Presidência, com todo o apoio fraudulento acima descrito e praticado pelo Estado
25) as arbitrariedades do STF não são contestadas no Senado pois uma idissioncrasia dá foro especial a políticos corruptos no STF e ambos se protegem mutuamente, burlando o equilíbrio estabelecido na Constituição
