Kidneys were failing.

Week 3 of my 12 week year and failing T.T it's starting to feel real that my tactics were overly ambitious. #12weekyear #12wkyr

My goal is to be healthier and lose 15 lbs. My starting weight was 277 lbs. CW after wk 1 276 lbs.

First week done! Goal completed. I didn't really plan how I'd make it all the way. I got there the last two days by luck, I think.

Working on #12weekyr goal setting and I feel overwhelmed by all of my goals. But I also don't want to do anything less.

Now I wonder about being strategic and intentional. Specific goals that are measurable, actionable, time-bound, significant, and realistic.

But wtf is realistic?
