🚨🚨 BREAKING: TERRORIST ATTACK IN RABWAH, PAKISTAN
Three Ahmadis have reportedly been injured in a shooting near Aqsa Chowk in Rabwah (Chenab Nagar), close to an Ahmadi Mosque.
The gunman reportedly fled the scene.
Situation still unfolding. Prayers requested.
In light of media reports today about arrests made in Crewe, UK, please note that the organisation that goes by the name of "Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light (AROPL)" has no connection whatsoever with the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

Dreadful news that a terrorist opened fire on volunteers after Friday prayers in #Rabwah. I was there here myself 1.5 years ago. This is utterly devastating.
My solidarity is with the #Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
Pakistan must end this persecution and protect its citizens.
Appalled by reports of a terrorist attack on an #Ahmadi Muslim mosque in #Rabwah, #Pakistan following Friday prayers. We urge Pakistani authorities to ensure the safety of all worshippers and end impunity for those who incite or perpetrate hate crimes.

Rafiq Hayat, National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community UK, said:
“We are heartbroken at this evil act of terror and stand in full solidarity with the Jewish community, and all those affected. An attack on a synagogue, a church, or a mosque is an attack on the very conscience of our society. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who have lost loved ones and with the Jewish community as a whole.
“We condemn this barbaric act in the strongest possible terms. There can be no justification for such hatred and violence. It is incumbent upon all people of faith and goodwill to unite in the face of such evil.”
