(spoiler alert: lots of Italians expressions and hand gestures 🤌)
This is what happened yesterday. I asked some friends to try @woop_pay, a crypto app that generates payment links, allows sharing, and allows immediate crypto receipt.
It's basic, right? Well, this is not the case if you need to install a wallet, add tokens, connect an app, etc.
That's the user pain I got to witness yesterday. Enzo is a great friend of mine and I enjoyed seeing him struggling with:
- @rainbowdotme kit not easily connecting to coinbase wallet
- @CoinbaseWallet asking to sign up while he was trying to just connect to the app
- #ethereum chain taking a long time to confirm tx. The last face reaction is hilarious!
- he needed to add #ETH and #USDC to pay
- @woop_pay with couple of bugs & too slow.
