Today the Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of Act 77 of 2019, the state’s no-excuse mail-in voting law.
Millions of Pennsylvanians have embraced mail-in voting since it passed with bipartisan support.
This ruling assures it will remain in place.
Thanks to @PAStatePolice for the opportunity to tour the new barracks and training center in #Skippack today! Always grateful to members of the PSP who do so much to keep our community safe.
We've heard that many #MontcoPA residents have received a document in the mail called “Montgomery County Opinion Survey,” sent by Sequoia Research, LLC.
Be advised we were never consulted about this survey & it is not connected with the Montgomery County Government.
Come on out to the Worcester Democrats “Dessert with Dems” event on August 10 at 6:30 pm in Heebner Park to donate new school supplies to benefit Mitzvah Circle.

Tonight no member of the @PAHouseGOP had the courage to rise in defense of SB 106, their constitutional amendment to deny the right to an abortion in Pennsylvania. Not one lawmaker could answer to the women of this commonwealth.
Pennsylvania women deserve better.
HARRISBURG, Pa. (@AP) — Republican state senators outvoted Democratic opposition late Thursday to advance a proposal to add wording to the Pennsylvania Constitution to say that the document does not guarantee any rights relating to abortion or public funding of abortions.
This is PA in this post-Roe world.⤵️
