@IsabellaMDeLuca Honestly, I would not want to party after a shooting. I definitely would do some reflection for at least the rest of the day on how crazy that event was & how lucky I am that I survived. Imagine being next to the person who got shot & killed — now it’s time to party? What?

@its_cherylynn_ @libertarianesqu @crazyclips_ It’s sad that there is only a handful of comments that are actually logical. It’s not 1960 where people can just assault people and it be okay. Society is evolving for the better but people with mindsets like the ones in these replies are what’s holding us back. :(

@Gooner4lif @ashoswai I see your point. However, it’s not only the black community but the world entirely that needs work. But that does not dismiss the responsibility each community has to better itself for the greater good. The deflection in these replies are excuses to not change. Lead by example.

Of course, you would say it without looking at the stats and facts. Try to prove me with hard data and facts. BLM only matters if Black people work on improving the safety and security of Blacks in their communities, and reducing crime in their neighborhoods.

In the attached news report, even Blacks say what I said. FBI crime stats from 2014 stated that 90% of Blacks died due to another Black person killing them.

Nobody is discounting the fact that yes, there is racism and Blacks are killed by people of other races but the fact remains that now, in 21st century, African countries and Blacks are held back more because of their own brethren than anyone else harming them in any way.

@ashoswai Black people are not innocent, either. They make a lot of noise about BLM but they don't improve their own selves and their own communities to end gang violence. More Black people die due to Black-on-Black violence than anyone else killing them.
