New Tonight: Disturbing video from @WBFO in Buffalo, NY shows an elderly man walk up to police in riot gear. An officer shoves the man...he falls backwards, hits his head...starts bleeding immediately...motionless.

Pay isn't a factor. Maybe at a place like Exeter?

If you want to know more about Higher Ed - you should watch Ivory Tower. As far as K-12; again, all that money goes towards facilities and top level administrators.
