@maximumpain333 Years ago as a manager, I closed a popular restaurant in the wee hours of the morning in a downtown location. The police taught me all of this and a few more things to keep in mind as well. I never had any problems.
@MYLUNCHBREAK_ What if the civilization that built these are vibrating at a much higher frequency than we are, and they are here, but we can't see them except when they will it? Energy, frequency, vibration. Physical matter is the lowest vibration, and that's why we can see it.
