Starting Oct 1st, the provincial #MinimumWage will be increased from $15.50 to $16.55 (+6.8%).

Inflation in Canada, as of June 2023, cools down to 2.8%!
Large declines in gas prices (-21.6%) contributed the most to the decrease in headline inflation. Whereas grocery prices (+9.1%) and mortgage interest costs (+30.1%) increased.

Over the past two years, #grocery prices have risen by 18% due to #inflation, a massive hit to Canadian’s grocery bills. To provide relief to Canadians, the Government of Canada introduced a Grocery Rebate to help offset rising grocery bills for eligible Canadians.
