@CharityComms @SSAFA Hi @SSAFA & @CharityComms - why is a degree desirable for this role? Or, more importantly, why do you believe non-grads are less desirable for this role? Especially as veterans are far less likely to have a degree than the general population (about 20% of veterans have a degree)
