@alshalloway Discussed 1st principles with team & if they see areas where these are ignored; then I picked WIP as we hv a lot of this. Couldn’t generate interest & they had reasons for WIP & don’t see an issue. What can I do different & if I must be persistent abt 1st principles, thoughts ?
@alshalloway How to set up Community of Practice in a way that people feel motivated to sustain it. How do we drive a mindset of continuous learning where ppl volunteer to share knowledge. I’m influencing for this as opposed to having a leader responsible for organising something each time
@alshalloway Thanks 🙏 when you say ‘ issues’ do you mean pick the first vector “did we …small item of value” & ask what small mean/ fr whom etc. & do we work on such small items - usually / never/ rarely ? And if the answer is never /rarely then identify why and how we can in the future??
@alshalloway Intend to use Value stream impedance Score card in the team retro. Currently thinking how to go about introducing it to the team, then discuss the vectors n how we fare against each, & focus on specific ones in order to improve our WoW. new approach, any tips please?
@alshalloway Indeed v.important to be a real good coach! also, imo having the mindset to be curious & accepting that a scrum course doesn’t make one a coach (getting past the ‘mount stupid’ quickly )

@Zalando You are the face, the business I pay to receive an item. so when you say deal with the logistics company yourself,it doesn’t sound right in certain contexts.
We pay not to simply place an order on your platform but to receive the product we purchased...isn’t it ?
@Zalando don’t be output focused (which entails - not delivering on time , delivering to random neighbours despite requests from customer to not do so, not taking ownership of your logistics shortcomings) BE OUTCOME FOCUSED- value in the hands of the customer on time !
