Especially when the job is highly demanding, people need to recover after work. However, recovery processes in these times are particularly impaired: Less sport, less detachment, worse sleep 🚩🚩🚩.

The three-years project WORK-LIFE-FLOW: Excellence based profiling to identify and apply tools and trainings for a better and sustainable Work-Life-Flow, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, KA2, has been officially started.
After almost one year since the outbreak of the pandemic, mastering a better and sustainable Work-Life Flow has been shown to be highly challenging, and science-based psychological knowledge and competencies seem warranted, to benefit both employers and employees.
