JUST IN! Democrat Justin Pearson has been REINSTATED to the Tennessee Legislature!!

Pearson and fellow Democrat Justin Jones, who are Black, were expelled last week in unprecedented votes in the state House that drew national attention.

But now they are BACK!

Here are the details:

The seven members of the Shelby County Board of Commissioners present for the vote UNANIMOUSLY approved Pearson's reinstatement during a special meeting in Memphis. Board members suspended the rules to allow for an immediate vote.
