One of the things nobody tells you about getting older is that your brain changes too. Names don’t come as quickly as they used to. You forget where you kept your keys. You walk into a room and suddenly forget why you went there. It happens. The good news is that your brain likes movement and regular exercise keeps your brain active, and may even reduce your risk of dementia. And no, you don’t need to run. A daily walk, dancing and even a brisk evening stroll. Your brain benefits from the movement.

#WhatsTrending #OJYOKPE Every new kidnapping, every senseless killing, is a reminder that insecurity is tightening its grip on our nation. Lives are being lost while citizens wait for decisive action. This is emotionally painful.

#WhatsTrending #OJYOKPE If our courts are truly independent, then there should be no fear of scrutiny when rulings seem to align with the interests of those in power. Any attempt—direct or indirect—to weaken opposition parties undermines democracy itself. Nigeria deserves better.

This Nigerian lady who teaches at a school in Japan broke down the Japanese style of learning that makes them very intelligent and productive. I think this is smart learning. It will be helpful to Nigerian students, if it is adopted in our educational system.✍️
