The first hackers have already targeted World of Solcraft.

But that won't stop us. In fact, I'd say it's inevitable. During the early stages of any game, situations like this can happen—and the sooner they do, the better. It gives us the opportunity to identify vulnerabilities and fix them while we're still in beta.

The attack was successfully defended, but that doesn't mean we're now immune to future hacks or exploits.

If you notice anything suspicious, please report it to us immediately so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
