At May’s World Squash Talk, we were delighted to hear from former player, coach and President of the Spanish Squash Federation Pablo Del Rio, who shared his expertise on emotional management and neuroscience effect amongst players.

Throughout the session, Del Rio and Campion discussed the challenges that athletes may face after their sporting careers and practical strategies for emotional management on and off the court.
