世界战略博弈主流：美中全球战略博弈

美国存在国家整体意识形态，国家意志，全球战略，军事战略的弱化和缺失。——10年内如果还是沐猴而冠，美国将虚脱为一个空壳。

上班带领全员祷告，军事行动只为签协议，除了也只有心理学上的价值存在，这些都是美国国家意识形态的极度弱化、缺失，是愚昧到无可替代的行为选择。

人类文明是有美学的行为规律形态，那就是整体的国家意识形态，国家意志，国家决断力。而非失神，漫无目的的全球治理。某些政客还愚昧的认为世界没有到那个阶段。

固然美国拥有的美元全球货币价值尺度统治秩序的主导权，这是惯性的认知，但美元全球货币价值尺度秩序基于陈旧的货币价值理论体系必然导致错误的美元全球发行机制，这点特朗普显然感知了，或说特朗普团队感知了，正和美联储说不清到不白的拉扯着。美联储甚至根本就不知道他国超发货币的战略关键，不知道货币价值尺度的全球治理原理。

全球货币超发，对抗的是美元信任体系，驱动的却是广义经济学洞察的社会物质和能量代谢的统治秩序的破坏。过去这个对抗机制没有形成，或相对微弱，故而美国习惯认为自己的经济战略、货币机制是没有问题的，就如细菌和病毒传播的早期是没有太大的感觉。

能量价值尺度一直存在，货币价值尺度仅仅是能量价值尺度的外在或时空投射。

广义经济学指明了货币价值尺度的本质和其脆弱，其他国家的操纵正是摸索出其脆弱和漏洞。

另一方面，美元是极其脆弱的军事和国家信任体系支撑的，经过长期的国家意识形态，国家意志，全球战略，军事战略的弱化和缺失必将在某一个时点量变到质变，美元世界货币价值尺度秩序瞬间��塌。

美国的选举制度也导致了每任政府只顾本届政府安然度过，符合广大非专业认知能力的群体的心理感受。放弃了国家意识形态，国家意志，长期的国家战略，深远的军事战略的追求。故而，自然不断弱化甚至缺位。

一个演员，飞行员，商人集团，靠一些人脉，积累非政治专业群体的意愿，最后主导了国家战略，军事战略，他们能有哪些是合格的专业政治家的情操和哲学思想。就好比去了菜市场集中了一批非专业人士到了本地诊所或医院接管了全面管理。

哈耶克之后，其实哈耶克自己在诺奖那天也评价，他自己包括以前的经济学都非正真的社会科学，不该获得诺奖。那不是他谦虚而是他知道社会科学的判断条件。

哈耶克的感知和期待正是2005年的广义经济学社会科学理论体系。它以社会物质和能量价值尺度，多维时空的理论特���，在自然科学的数学模型上标志成为科学体系。

如今，广义经济学以先进的社会科学剖析了美国和全球治理，首先亮红灯的是美国之后是中国和其他国家，令人唏嘘。

敌国只要拖住美国的战略觉醒，国家意识形态和国家意志决断力的科学新生，一次次的捉弄美国签协议造成美国的战略迷茫；一次次展示本国内部的腐败、减员、虚脱和无力，一次次欺骗并赢得美国的一次次战术犹豫，战术等待，放弃一次次斩首行动和已经获得的或者唾手可得的战略成果即可全胜。

由于美国人才选拔机制，特别是政治家、国家领导人选拔机制的缺陷必然造成美国战略误判，其他几个对立国家时间到了不战而胜。但是这种胜利是有害的局部的偏离人类文明广义经济学科学进程的，美国如有血性的军方统帅还不被意志弱化，必然造成第三次世界大战和热��战争形态。

反过来美国战略觉醒，中国和几个新轴心国家瞬间被灭了也是可能的。

值得指出的是，某一个国家甚至一个小国都可能促成中美两国最后底线的战略误判。点燃第三次世界大战导火索，最后以极端的方式迎接世界政府全球秩序模式。但这一切本来是可以避免的，因为广义经济学已经做好了一切准备。

好比一个医生开了一个医院面对了几个愚昧的病人本可宽松医治，却非得火拼争夺本来足够的床位体现尊荣。

科学已经证明人类和青蛙，老鼠的基因98%相同。当人类站在满池青蛙的池塘边上，这种无法沟通的痛苦，正如广义经学理论体系无法和那些愚昧政客无法邂逅。

外星文明为什么不愿意和人类接触，正是因为看似相近，但相隔的时空维度过于遥远。

世界政府这个国家间国际组织总部已然落地美国。世界政府亚太总部正选址很快尘埃落定。

世界政府不介入国家纷争，但广义经学的科学明灯希望照亮整个世界，希望这颗星球用最低的成本进入更高维度的星际文明。
