It’s a great result against quality opposition. Remained disciplined the whole game and hardly gave them a sniff at goal. Special mention to Dan Novis for an exceptional debut, who was inches away from capping it off with a goal! We move on!

Was a great opening 10 minutes and we made the most of it, grabbing an early goal. Since then Roffey have grown into it like something switched on, controlling most of the ball but we’ve done well to limit them to creating much of anything. Big 45 ahead!

Malcolm was a sporadic visitor to Lyons Way and you always knew he’d arrived - one of County footballs’ special characters.
