The Supreme Court has observed that while Constitutional Courts would not ordinarily interfere with the election process, their hands are not tied when intervention is necessary to ensure that free and fair elections are not polluted by unconstitutional or illegal means.

2 Election Commissioners wrote to Cabinet Secretary. RTI reveals what happened next
On July 29, two of India’s three Election Commissioners did something unusual. They didn’t write to Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. They wrote to the Cabinet Secretary.
A Right to Information (RTI) reply obtained exclusively by India Today reveals what happened to those letters inside Seva Teerth, the complex that houses the Prime Minister’s Office, the National Security Council Secretariat and the Cabinet Secretariat.

BIG CORRUPTION
Contractor “Icon Instruments Company” knows he will get the Contract even before “Tender” is OPENED by DJB.
Will Minister @p_sahibsingh explain this large scale corruption in his Dept ?
Will CM @gupta_rekha take action against this ?
Why BJP Govt needs defoaming of Yamuna froth if Yamuna was already clean last year ?
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann was held at Delhi airport by Customs for ~3 hours, AAP says, and fined ₹50,000.
Delhi Customs is headed by Chief Commissioner Manish Kumar, reportedly the brother of CEC Gyanesh Kumar.
Just a coincidence?

🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : The Hindu Just drop Biggest BOMB on Traitor Gyanesh & dictator Modi🔥
(MUST Read & Share)
India's voter list now has an ON/OFF switch. And it sits in Delhi, not in your state.
→ ECINet is ECI's one portal for everything: voter list, SIR forms, officer logins.
→ An audit of its code by an IIT Delhi-IIM Calcutta data scientist found a built-in "disable" button for every State Nodal Officer.
→ The pop-up literally says: "the user will no longer be able to access the application."
→ Viewing voters' SIR forms can be switched on or off, state by state.
→ The code even has a ready message: "not enabled for selected State".
→ And in West Bengal alone, the officers responsible for the voter list are blocked from these forms.
And the joke doesn't end there.
→ How did the audit find all this? Not by hacking.
→ ECINet's login page loads a big code file before anyone even logs in.
→ Menu names, screens and API paths meant only for officials are sitting in it, readable by anyone.
→ The platform guarding almost 100 crore voters' data can't even hide its own officials-only menu.
Now the bigger shock.
This warning didn't come only from outside. It came from inside ECI.
→ Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi wrote against the "gradual centralisation of the electoral roll database".
→ Sandhu wrote that he came to know about new ECINet modules "from media only".
→ Joshi asked for an outside IIT expert to audit who can change the voter database.
→ Finally, the two ECs wrote to the Cabinet Secretary.
Now connect the dots.
By law, the ERO in your area decides whose name stays on the voter list.
On ECINet, what the ERO can actually do is decided by the IT team in Delhi.
Law says decentralised. Software says one switch.
Bro, imagine.
Your society has a watchman, but the main gate lock is controlled by someone sitting in another city.
He can lock any building he wants, anytime.
And when two other committee members ask "who has the key?", nobody answers.
That's not digital transformation.
That's a remote control on democracy.
Gyanesh , if two of your own Commissioners couldn't get answers, how will the voter?
Modi, who holds the switch, and whom does he report to? 🔥🔥🔥
ECINet, the Election Commission of India’s (ECI) comprehensive digital platform, has a feature through which viewing of enumeration form details is enabled State by State. This means that access for State Nodal Officers (SNOs) could be switched off anytime making it a centralised platform, according to an audit by ‘Charchagram’, a civic tech initiative.
The report assumes significance in view of objections raised by Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi over the centralisation of ECINet and the electoral roll database.

How BJP Operates
Today, people may be happy for @SauravDassss & @AshutoshRanka finally getting out of preventive custody.
But BJP has succeeded in engaging the Cockroach movement into the legal hassles of Courts, Advocates, Police, bail etc. That’s how they engaged AAP before elections.
That’s how BJP operates. The BJP Govt was nervous that GenZ was demanding action against police officers for violence and sexual molestation against young boys and Girls. Even journalists were defending FIR against ACP for molestation. Society in general wanted Right wing goons to be sent to jail for absurd voilence.
Instead of taking action against RightWing goons, Police officers and CEC, the Govt conspired to harass the GenZ complainants in the name of legal processes.
Saurav and Ashu are not just better but much much bigger leaders than me.
Happy to follow your orders my leaders. Jaan hazir hai!
Lekin iske baad mere bina garden me koi akela nahi ghumega!!! @SauravDassss@AshutoshRanka
The judge who said this is the same judge who gave bail to BJP leader Kuldeep Sengar in Unnao Rape Case
That’s all you need to know about the state of judiciary in India today.
🚨An audit has found that ECI’s ECINET portal has a Bengal-specific restriction that could prevent EROs in West Bengal from accessing two features available to officers in other states: voter enumeration form details and the notice-and-hearing dashboard. @htTweets
