Toby Fox trying his weird cryptic message/long release wait gimmick on me after I’ve experienced Matt Revees dangling that Batman sequel in my face for half a decade
Can't take people seriously when they say JJK is "trash" or a "5/10"
Like wtf do you mean, that's just you hating on it cos it's mainstream😭
that's literally just it.
If you want to enjoy jjk you have to accept that fights can be a vehicle for good writing.
Every character represents an ideal or an idea, and how they clash is a metaphor for gege's views and social commentary. The fights have depth, strategy, and animation. What's not to love?
Calling people against your surveillance company “anti-fascists” isn’t the best look for you or the country you work with… but thanks for saying the quiet part out loud, I guess
JJK didn't get the Avengers of animators just for it to be called boring and not experimental. I'm tired of shonen anime constantly being downplayed as art simply because they're mass appealing
There's an episode entirely key animated by one person that has nothing to do with hype or aura and instead shows a lawyer's descent into madness after witnessing how flawed Japan's justice system is. You can't possibly call this slop
