@nxwestmidlands Hi how come the 27 service is becoming extremely unreliable? I’ve been sat in Wolverhampton station waiting for the one at 16:34 that never turned up and now the one at 17:04 never turned up either! Even though there was a 27 clearly parked up!

@nxwestmidlands …add no number 1s or 27s to my woes this evening! I appreciate there’s roadworks around, but unfortunately I feel you are using this as an excuse for just a poor service! I mean when buses are turning up, they all conveniently say ‘Out of Service’ it’s not good!

@WestMidRailway I am getting sick to death of the lame excuses for delays & cancellations of your trains! It's becoming past a joke now! EVERY DAY there is something wrong with the Worcester to Whitlock's End train. I'm sick of it. Terrible service with no sign of improvement!

What the hell is wrong with the current 17A bus driver? She couldn’t drive any slower without coming to a stand still! I’ve seen 2 snails and 1 slug pass us on this journey! Needless to say, but she’s late and so am I, with a missed train! Jeez!! @nxwestmidlands 🙄😜😆👍
