#Revival LONGHOLLOW CHURCH

“What happened yesterday was another genuine move of God. We baptized 136 on Sunday.

I stood between the second and third service for 1 straight hour and baptized 68 people. It was unreal. Every one of them wept as they got into the water.

We have been sensing a second wave of revival coming to our church for weeks with the amount of people being baptized recently, but yesterday exceeded our anticipation.

The Lord laid on my heart to offer spontaneous baptism this week after I preached on John the Baptist’s baptism in Matthew 3. We haven’t offered it in a while so I didn’t know how people would respond.

We saw more people baptized Sunday than any other time before (even during the revival). 8 people drove in after watching online, 6 people left the service, went home, and came back because the Holy Spirit convicted them to be obedient in baptism. One guy said, “I have been worshipping online in a Michigan for a year. God told me on Saturday to drive down to Hendersonville for worship. Today is my first time attending in person. I’ve put off baptism for years, and here I am in the tank to make it right.” Only God can do something like that.

Additionally, 40 people signed up for baptism next week. As the Lord would have it, I’m preaching on Jesus’s baptism.

Would you pray with me for God to send revival again?

I told our people, The difference between you experiencing revival is the distance between your knees to the floor. God takes notice when we humble ourselves before him.

There’s only two places you find the presence of God in the Bible. In the High and Holy places, and with the Humble and Contrite of heart.”

LINES TO GET BAPTIZED

These are pictures from the largest baptism in US history which happened yesterday at Pirates Cove in Southern California.

Thousands of people were baptized in a single day, and made a public declaration of their faith in Jesus, and followed in obedience to Jesus to be baptized in water.

The line to get baptized was a half mile long. People patiently waited for hours to publicly declare their faith in Jesus Christ.

This is an unprecedented move of God happening across the nation, and people are desperate for God to move in their lives and our world.
