@ZohoCares In 2020, I guided a client to purchase Zoho Forms. (I don't get referral credit for that cause you guys make referrals sort of impossible.)
Now, I need to guide them to add Zoho Mail. But you provide no way to send a link or instructions to do that.

Some day they’ll need CRM. Probably Books as well.
There is no path or option for them to grow nor for me to assist their growth in this scenario.

It’s not just very hard for your customers.
It’s very hard for Zoho Support to upsell an existing client<—- this seems like a HUGE opportunity to improve
@ZohoCares I’m a Zoho One customer and therefore not allowed to refer new customers via affiliate or customer when they are not buying zoho one itself.
Most of my clients need ala carte zoho services and I can’t refer those nor help them manage them in their accounts(like partners)
@ZohoCares I’d love to be a Partner, have explored the requirements but cannot hit the ground running selling $5k a year starting from scratch. And w no way to build up referrals along the way, will never get there.

@zoho@ZohoMail How does a person Add a new service (pay and sign up for the subscription) when they have a different service (forms) already.
Trying to Add Mail, Store doesn't allow that? on hold already
And while I'm hopeful someone will eventually answer the phone, I'd like to have a guideline or process to repeat this (and buy more services in the future) too.
I don't want to have to sit on hold for 30 minutes everytime I want to send you more $$$ business.
