Don't let this Jan 6th point get lost:
Jack Smith testified to Congress he had "proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results of the 2020 election."
In other words, he could prove in court that Trump attempted a coup.
MASSIE:
“I’m sorry if one of your billionaire donors is going to get embarrassed because he went to rape island.”
The lawmakers are breaking the law .Trump’s DOJ just admitted it will miss the Epstein files deadline, a deadline set by law. it will NOT release all Epstein files today.
BREAKING: The DOJ is set to release Epstein documents today at approximately 3 PM.
Here's what the Law states:
Under the law, the Attorney General must make publicly available in a searchable and downloadable format all unclassified records and documents in the Department of Justice’s possession relating to:
- Jeffrey Epstein — all investigations, prosecutions, custodial matters.
- Ghislaine Maxwell — records involving her as well.
- Flight logs and travel records — including manifests, itineraries, and customs/immigration documents.
- Individuals named or referenced in connection with Epstein’s criminal activities or investigations, including government officials and politically exposed persons.
- Entities (corporate, nonprofit, academic, or governmental) tied to Epstein’s trafficking or financial networks.
- Non-prosecution deals, immunity agreements, plea bargains, and sealed settlements involving Epstein or associates.
- Internal DOJ communications — emails, memos, meeting notes about decisions to investigate, charge, or not charge Epstein/associates.
- Records about destruction, concealment, or misplacement of documents, recordings, or electronic data related to Epstein, his associates, his detention, his death, or investigative files.
- Documentation on Epstein’s detention and death — incident reports, witness interviews, medical examiner files, autopsy reports, and cause-of-death records.
🛑 What Can Be Redacted or Withheld
- The law also permits narrow redactions or withholding of records that:
- Contain personally identifiable information about victims or private medical files.
- Depict child sexual abuse material.
- Would jeopardize an ongoing federal investigation or prosecution (temporarily).
- Include images of death or physical injury.
- Contain properly classified national security/foreign policy information (though summaries must still be released).
All redactions must be justified in writing and published in the Federal Register.
📊 Law’s Additional Requirements:
- After release, the Attorney General must report to Congress within 15 days on:
Which categories of records were released or withheld.
- Summaries of redactions and legal basis.
- A list of all government officials and politically exposed persons named in the released materials (without redactions).
Trump has now conducted 28 boat strikes, killing over 100 people.
Remember: no judge or jury has found these boats were trafficking drugs. We're simply taking Trump's word for it.
He’s unilaterally acting as judge, jury, and executioner.
This is a danger to us all.
BREAKING: In a stunning moment, Peter Navarro, one of Trump’s top advisors, just let the cat out of the bag. Trump’s Venezuela play is about oil. Sound familiar? Retweet so every American sees this.
This is how ICE/Border Patrol retaliates when U.S. citizens dare to question them.
A woman is sitting in her car in her own neighborhood. An ICE/Border Patrol agent comes to her window. She calmly asks a basic question,
“What are you doing in my neighborhood?”
His response, “I can do whatever I need to do.”
She says, “No, you don’t. Record this”
And that’s when it happens.
The moment she tells someone to record, the agent turns to his coworkers and says,
“Guys, let’s find out their status.”
Let that sink in.
No suspicion. No probable cause. No crime.
Just punishment for speaking up.
She says, “Be my guest,” and identifies them out loud, “Everyone, this is ICE.”
Now the agent comes back, demanding,
“What is your legal status?”
She refuses. Correctly. Calmly. Repeatedly.
“I don’t have to answer that.”
He insists anyway. He starts to say, “I have…” then stops himself.
Because he knows he doesn’t have anything.
No warrant. No authority. No legal basis.
This is intimidation. This is retaliation. This is ICE using the threat of detention as a weapon against civilians who observe them, film them, or question them.
When she tells him he should be ashamed, he deflects with the same tired propaganda,
“Oh, for all the sex offenders we’ve arrested.”
She challenges him,
“Show me one. Show me one you have arrested.”
And suddenly, he walks away.
Because this was never about public safety.
It was about silencing her.
ICE does this over and over again,
If you film them, they threaten you.
If you ask questions, they demand your “status.”
If you assert your rights, they escalate.
This is not law enforcement.
This is a federal agency punishing people for exercising their constitutional rights.
Film them.
Know your rights.
That’s the part that scares them most.
My dear Brother Kellen,
I write to you from a cold hilltop town where crimson banners snap sharply in the winter wind and the earth itself seems to hum with memory. It is a strange thing to stand here now as the appointed commander, when not so long ago we were merely boys huddled near the hearth, speaking in hopeful whispers of this very place.
Do you remember how the name Washington State carried across our childhood like a distant drumbeat? We wore its colors long before we understood the weight they bore. Even then, we believed this land meant something—that it stood for grit, for patience, and for men who earned what they kept.
Now fate has marched me back here, musket in hand, entrusted with a regiment that knows hardship but refuses surrender. The people are cautious, yet their eyes are bright. They have seen banners fall and be raised again, and still they gather. That alone tells me this post is worth defending.
I know your own campaigns keep you far from these hills, yet I feel your presence in every step. Whatever strength I possess was forged beside you—two brothers sharpening one another, dreaming not of glory, but of doing things the right way.
Should history judge this appointment kindly or harshly, know this: I have come home not for ambition, but for duty. And if this stand is to be my finest hour, it will be because of the lessons learned long ago—together.
Give my regards to your camp. What a glorious victory over Queen Charlotte’s men. I trust we shall speak again when the dust settles and the season’s final battles are fought.

P.S. I saw Mother and Father today, and they are in good health and steady spirits. All is well in Prosser, and the home fires burn as they always have.
P.P.S. The wine in Prosser remains as strong and honest as the soil itself—ample enough to warm a man through winter, and dangerous only if one forgets his duties the following morning.
Be a part of the NEXT CHAPTER of Washington State University Athletics and Washington State University football. This will create a transformational student athlete experience and develop champions on and off the field, GO COUGS!
Jeffries: In our nation's history, 25% of our nation's debt was accumulated during the four years of the former president, 25%. How dare you lecture America about fiscal responsibility ever.
Dear Cougs,
Today, er, this week, has been tough. We’ve had high-profile players and a head coach decided to move on. The many body blows have been fast and painful.
Some Cougs decided to give up on and call it quits. Some have given reasons like “the system is broken” and “I don’t want to contribute to spoiled College kids.”
But this afternoon, after alluding to the 20+ monthly contributor cancellations on a Twitter space (@Dylanhaugh) over 30 Cougs took it upon themselves to sign up for the #1890Club, send additional contributions, and bump their current subscription levels!
Why? Because NOW is not the time to back down. NOW is the time to STEP UP. Because, as alumni, supporters, and fans of WSU, we don’t have a transfer portal. We bleed crimson and gray EVERY DAY.
#DoYourPart today and become a part of the solution. Moving forward, the CC will be redoubling our efforts to support @WSUCougars Student-Athletes. #Areyouin?
