Afternoon @Thabisoo. On the Nulane matter, I thought the principle of 'Double jeopardy' applies in our legal system when the matter has been heard. In my view, the NPA would have had to appeal the acquittal and not re-enrol it again. Maybe Lawyers can clarify. #powerbreakfast

Morning @ThabisoTema ,the Firearm Control Act allows for self defense and the life of others. A warning shot is not provided for in the Act. You have to always know where the projectile will end, so as to avoid ricochet or a stray bullet harming others. #powerbreakfast

This "migration expert" has not really studied his subject matter. SA is carrying most illegal migrants who are burdening our health facilities, water infrastructure and will now benefit from RAF. The reason that they're contributing via fuel levy is secondary. #powerbreakfast
