We have made the decision to postpone Wray Runners Tuesday Night Sessions until further notice ! Wray Runners is a social running group and we have social & moral responsibility to support the latest guidance to limit social interaction and help the NHS deal with this outbreak !

Following this evening’s Statement from Boris Johnson everyone will be interested to know how this affects the Wray Runners sessions ?
Many of us will still want to run or walk so, for anyone who wants to, we’ll be meeting, as arranged at The Outgate Inn at 6pm .

This week, we are going to meet at The Outgate Inn (Post code : LA22 0NH). To make sure there is still room for their other valuable customers, on the car park, please could we ask you to car share if possible so we don’t completely swamp the car park !

This Tuesday we’re going to meet at Tarn Hows for a cracking session around and about the Tarn. Rob is back to lead the “Faster Gang” and Alison is back to put the “Intermediate Gang” through their paces. Neil & Lesley will be taking the “Power Walkers” on a Yomp around the Tarn.

This Tuesday we’re going to meet at Pelter Bridge Car Park again, (Post Code : LA22 9LW),
Ursula is leading the Faster gang with an “Interval Session”. Alison’s back so she will putting her intermediate gang through their paces & Neil & Lesley will be taking the Power Walker’s.

Quite a few people are away this week so Ursula will be taking all groups on a fabulous session around the “Nooks & Crannies of Ambleside” 🤗 Ursula will give the walkers a good route to walk too !
It’ll be a great session and we’ll all meet at Ambleside Rugby Club at 6pm 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♂️
