We were able to brew 2 beers using Phantasm today! Phantasm is a new product made from dehydrated New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine skins that drastically enhances tropical aroma and flavor in finished beer. Look out for these 2 familiar but experimental IPAs in the coming weeks!
