Dear UWA Elite Army,

For the past 24 years I have had the privilege and honor to run the United Wrestling Alliance and UWA Elite and entertain all of you amazing fans.

Today I am bringing you the sad news that I have decided that UWA Elite will be coming to an end.

Several months ago we made a similar announcement and it was short lived. Tommy Fierro of ISPW stepped in and offered to purchase UWA Elite and fund it while myself and the current management team would stay in place and run the company.

As time went on myself and a lot of the other people that are directly involved in running UWA Elite had made the decision that they would not be returning past the 2025 season. At that point I made the decision that UWA Elite should close it's doors at this time.

I want to sincerely thank Tommy Fierro and the ISPW organization for their support during this time and I wish it could have ended in a more positive way. To be clear this was MY decision. I have nothing negative to say about Tommy Fierro and again I thank him for what he wanted to do.

UWA Elite will finish up it's 2025 season as planned concluding with Last Breath on November 8th in South River, NJ.

We will then return to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and say goodbye forever with one final massive event in early 2026 (date coming soon).

I just want everybody to understand that this really is it. UWA Elite is not for sale and won't be put up for sale (also just to get ahead of things none of the UWA Elite assets will be put up for sale until AFTER UWA Elite concludes next year).

I would like to once again say thank you to everybody single UWA Elite fan, wrestler, and staff member for more than two decades of memories and the opportunity to do things I never would have dreamed of.

While this is sad news in many ways, we will still have two more opportunities to have fun with all of you. We plan to make these final two shows our best ever and we hope you will all join us as we go out with a bang.

Last night at UWA Elite iWrestle, Jeff Cannonball was inducted into the UWA Elite Hall of Fame by The BROtein Pack. Relive all of Jeff Cannonball's most memorable moments in this career retrospective!

Jeff Cannonball made UWA Elite history in 2014 when he and Brandon Kirk captured the UWA Elite Tag Team Championships. The Rogues would go on to hold the titles for a record-breaking 470 days, a record that still stands today.

A decade later, Jeff once again captured the UWA Elite Tag Team Championships—this time teaming with Troy Locke as The X‑Express.

During his acclaimed UWA Elite career, Jeff Cannonball earned several honors, including Tag Team of the Year (3×), Most Shocking Moment of the Year, and in 2024, Match of the Year Award for what would be his final match in UWA Elite.

Earlier this year, Jeff was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 38. The entire wrestling community came together and helped raise over $120,000 for Jeff's family following his diagnosis, proving that Jeff Cannonball is one of the most beloved members of the entire wrestling industry.
