@Michellebbz@B_MckenziePhD Parker County never acquired jurisdiction. Void orders were enforced via Title IV-D and generated federal reimbursements. Can you have the Public Integrity Unit review? Guidance appreciated.
@Michellebbz@B_MckenziePhD Here’s my verified sworn criminal complaint. Will the AG prosecute them? Every single allegation is easily shown simply by reviewing the Clerk’s Record. https://t.co/8ZHit7NE0Q
Hi Michelle! Parents in Texas are jailed all the time for child support. Judge Graham Quisenberry issued an order to jail me for just under 6 months with a void order. This happened after he issued a no contact order my son’s entire high school years. We do NOT have a legitimate court system.
@jsolomonReports It won’t stop until we start publicly holding them accountable for all their crimes, torts and professional misconduct. Our judiciary is an absolute disgrace.
@realmitchlittle Fatherlessness isn’t just a statistic. It’s being manufactured every day in Texas courtrooms. When kids lose a parent, everyone loses. Thank you for speaking up. We need more leaders willing to take on the system and push real equal shared-parenting reform.
@AlamoRepublican@CurrentRevolt@JaredLPatterson That’s the way our corrupt family courts work. They remove fathers from the home. It’s literally why we are a nation in decline. @LarryBrockJr will be a great State Representative that fights for the people and our families.
I’m the father in this story. My son and I were separated for years because a Texas family court kept acting after it lost jurisdiction, and then a visiting judge tried to cover it up with a fraudulent nunc pro tunc order that rewrote the record. That’s not a clerical correction; it’s fraud upon the court.
We’re now before the Texas Supreme Court in In the Interest of A.G.F.W., asking them to enforce the rule of law and stop this kind of lawfare that destroys families. Every fit parent deserves due process, and every child deserves both parents.
Every fit parent deserves to have their rights protected, and every child deserves both parents.
My son and I lived years of separation because Texas family courts ignored jurisdiction, rewrote the record with a fraudulent nunc pro tunc, and denied due process.
Our case, In the Interest of A.G.F.W., is now before the Texas Supreme Court.
This is lawfare against fathers.

Opponents warn the change would give abusive fathers easier access to children while dismissing legitimate claims of abuse by mothers.

My son and I lost years together because Texas family courts ignored the law.
Jurisdiction was gone. The judge acted anyway, then rewrote history with a fraudulent nunc pro tunc.
Our fight for justice, now before the TX Supreme Court, is for every parent who’s been silenced.
Kids deserve both fit parents equally involved in their lives. Stand w/ kids & Pass Equal Parenting Laws! Call Sen Bryan Hughes 512 463 0101. Politely ask him to set the 2025 Texas Equal Parenting Bill SB849 to a hearing! More info: https://t.co/qoQODQ9kpZ #txlege@SenBryanHughes
@Aethelleas@CurrentRevolt He’s a great guy and the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law are completely made up by his opposing counsel. They can literally draft anything they want. That doesn’t make it true.
@CurrentRevolt Anyone that knows anything about family law knows that findings of fact and conclusions of law are simply what opposing counsel drafts and submits to the court and the judge signs.
I did my best for Jeff's son. I'm bewildered by the ruling, but that's California for ya. Thankyou @elonmusk for RTing Jeff's post. We've never met, but as a father mourning the loss of a living son, you too are a casualty of this catastrophe.
