- as I do not think he or his army would go quietly into the dark night.
Even though this is terrible and I want to put on sackcloth and ashes, this may have protected the lives of many.
One of my teens snuggled up to me last night and was so upset as results were coming in. When the children are terrified- we have a serious problem. I did tell her, though, that maybe him winning is the only thing that would prevent an all out civil war
@reachjulieroys@charliekirk11@TPUSA 2/3 Here is what I gleaned. There is enough truth to the problems he talks about with regards to the church. That hooks people in. It’s his responses to those problems that is concerning. He twists scriptural themes. And because the church really has failed…
@BenjaminVanDyne @SaraLFowler I homeschool and am honored to pay taxes for public schools. I want them to be well funded and successful and safe places for kids to learn.
@janschiebout@JohnFugelsang@conservmillen 1. Those men in Scripture were corrupted by power *after* they were in their positions. Not before.
2. The kingdom of Israel, which you are describing was an entirely different mode of government than the US republic.
3. Not logically equivalent.
@megbasham@newvangelicals 2/2 To address the exegetical issue, I’m afraid it would require more characters than I’m allowed. But I’d start with looking (there are resources if you haven’t studied) at the Greek and then more scholarly commentaries than the Henry, at least.
@megbasham@newvangelicals Before we even get to the exegesis situation that does not correlate we should get the facts from the White House that don’t support your narrative. (White https://t.co/YudPbvqcyS facts has a page to address these false claims) 1/2
@JennMGreenberg I honestly still sing the alphabet song too when using a dictionary. I don’t think learning it to song makes it any less of learning. Studies show the opposite.
@shemaiahng This summer, I went on a pilgrimage to learn about pilgrimage. I’ve been through a lot of terrible things in the past few years, and God planned beautiful and specific moments on my journey that proved beyond a doubt His overwhelming love for each one of us.
@BethMooreLPM Yes. I’m doing work on pilgrimage and the 23 Psalm, and have found this to be true scripturally. Moses only sees the backside of God after He has past. He must look behind. The valley of death is all you see until you get to the feast!
