@ACTFibernet It's fine. I have been an ACT user for 13 years. I recently shifted to Jio last month. I fell for their fake promises. If by today @JioCare does not fix my router, I'm shifting back to ACT. Atleast the router switches on at ACT.

What the hell @reliancejio !! Bought a router with the highest paid plan. Got a faulty router instead. It stops working every week. Called support to fix it. They serviced it. It ran for 4 days, stopped again. @airtelindia Please contact me, I'll take your connection. #JioSucks

@JioCare Jio executives came, they did not do anything. We had already informed that the router is faulty. They came and said "Router needs to be changed" and they left.

What was the point of this visit? They have done this twice already.

Lying to sell routers and meet targets. Today, I lost respect for @reliancejio. I was all set to upgrade my router to fibrenet. My issue was that my current internet would not reach every corner of my home.
