@tuuu28283 I'm diabetic, so I prefer a dry rub using a variety of seasonings. We have a lot of variety here. Quite a few listed here in the comments! Preferably on brisket. But ribs are delicious as well. Everything must cook and smoke for hours.

@kuhaku777314NS Everyone starts from the same place. :) They advance at different rates, but it's hilarious to observe the sequence of very similar errors we make as we learn. We get better giving and receiving critiques on our work.
