@TeamYouTube Thanks. I’ve gone through those flows, but there isn’t an option for cases where the recovery phone number is no longer accessible and the recovery email isn’t offered. Is there a path to manual verification?

@TeamYouTube I can’t access my @FilmBookdotComTV account because Gmail requires verification via an old phone number I no longer have. I’ve completed Google’s account recovery. This is a business account with a recovery email. I need email verification to update my phone number.

@TeamYouTube I’ve already followed those steps multiple times from my usual device and browser. Recovery still only offers an old phone number and skips my active recovery email. Is there a way to escalate this for manual verification?

@TeamYouTube Thanks — this is not a Google Workspace / G Suite account. It’s a standard consumer Google account. The issue is outdated 2-Step verification where only an old phone number is offered despite an active recovery email. Is there a way to escalate this for manual verification?
