4/8 One technician installed a non-working device, refused to speak to customer care, then stormed out with the old equipment — including a SIM registered in my name. No consent. No explanation. Inside my own home. #CustomerAbuse

2/8 On Aug 13, my internet stopped working. I reported it immediately. A technician came on the 14th — only to falsely claim it wasn’t an AirFiber connection and left without fixing anything. The case was closed without resolution. #AirtelCustomerCare
