This week the WRM Food Waste team built a cardboard prototype of our food waste bin design. Our goal was to get a physical representation of the bin's size, most importantly the height! #foodwaste#prototype
What does the ACRE team do? Our team manages the trail that runs throughout the wetland park at ACRE. We are currently constructing educational signage to teach about the wetland environment and designing a boardwalk that will improve accessibility for visitors and researchers

What is @ACRE_Purdue? The Agronomy Center for Research and Education is a campus-based field research station for agronomic crops and soils research. There is a protected wetland located within the park that is important to the local environment and to experiments being conducted
Last workday for the ACRE team! This time they focused on building the sign structures to go against the wetland trail- a great wrap for the semester :)
ACRE Team went out to the Wetlands today. 🤩🤩 The team was hard at work to build the new railings for the bridge! Here's to some more workdays at the Wetlands to wrap up the semester 👏👏👏.
It's the final weekly sign team meeting for ACRE this semester. We are preparing for final design review later this week. We are so proud of these girls for all their hard work!

A few weeks ago, our Hydroponics team went to the Bay Area in the ABE building and painted the tables to have planets on them. Overall, it was a great success and the paint job does a great job blending in with the space-themed narrative at the Imagination Station.
Our team is preparing for Midsemester Design Review this week on Thursday! WRM will have Composting, Hydroponics, and ACRE present what we have been doing so far and what we are planning for the semester.
