@byersgate My fav exercise is finding a good dance video and filling a page with quick, loose gestures. Limit urself to 30 secs to minute or 2 per pose , aim for getting the gist of the poses down and move on. Play w/ variety of brushes or materials, gr8 for mark making & emotive intuition

Thinking about it, that might be why I’m drawn to people like Justin & Noah. Their lives are so interesting. They’ve faced so much obsessive attention, often times hateful to a scary degree yet… they’re still kind. I wonder if it because they have love, be it thru god or family

@meowtasker I have no ill will towards them, honestly. The knee jerk reaction to make someone feel bad about themselves stems from insecurity. When you know your own worth, and know you are loved, no one can take that away from you. It’s probably why Noah strikes a chord - he is so, so loved
