@TMBC_Kent Yes, by that doesn’t explain why the collection from Friday 16t Dec (running 1 day late due to snow) was missed - whole village except Kemsing Road, not just Battlefields!

@TMBC_Kent Whilst I accept that bin collections were running late due to the weather, this does not explain why Pilgrims/Battlefields, Wrotham was completely missed on Saturday despite Urbaser collecting from Kemsing Rd. Appalling service!

@edfenergy How do I submit my meter reading from 31st March. I have a smart meter which last sent a reading in 29/1/22. I couldn’t log on to submit a reading Thursday and now can’t backdate a reading on your website. I have a photo of Thursdays reading.
