You guys are the worst!

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

Dear Bluedart. You want us to get lost in this bureaucracy. I've written emails thrice and called a zillion times but haven't heard back. You do understand that packages are time sensitive right? Should I also post on LinkedIn to get a response?

[Blue Dart Official @BlueDart_]

@Wrricha Dear Sir/Madam, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please email to [email protected] your AWB No. and your Phone number to our attention so that we can escalate it. Thank you for your co-operation. @bluedartcares

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

@BlueDart_ how shameless are you guys? 3 emails a hundred calls and 15 days later y'all still don't know where the hell my package is. Your sorry is bullshit. I am lodging a case against you guys coz you don't understand any other language. I've emailed everything THRICE!!!

[Blue Dart Official @BlueDart_]

@Wrricha Dear sir/Madam ,we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to address your concerns on top priority. Please email us your AWB No. and your
Phone number at [email protected]. Thank you.

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

You are right. Half the package is delivered all broken and the other half is missing since 12 days. To top that I've been told safety is not our responsibility by the @BlueDart_ staff.

[Robin singh @singh362]

@BlueDart_ Guys, Product in their hand is not safe. Choose another courier

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

@BlueDart_ and who's is going to be responsible for spoilage etc while the package is awol? I've been told it's not bluedart's responsibility to ensure that none of the packed items break but isn't it your KRA to ensure it reached on time? I don't want to drag you to court

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

[Piyush Chaturvedi @PiyushScorpion]

@BlueDart_ my consignment booked from Lucknow to Goa on the 5th of May hasn't been delivered yet (1 box delivered, 1 not) and there's no status update. The officials have no clue where the 2nd box is. It was all scheduled to be delivered on the 9th of May. Please check n respond.

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

@DepartmentGoa when are yall planning to fix electricity for Assagaon, Badem area?

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

@airtelindia everything is digital these days I even get visas online and you are telling me I have to go to your store and pay YOU money and carry my docs in print so I can keep paying more money to you for zero service? #badservice #cheaters

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

@airtelindia my sim stopped working out of the blue and u've been telling me to do 500 things. You know we have phones for convenience and not to perform rituals on. Then you ask me to go to your store if I need any help. You know what I'll go to someone else to get a connection

[Backchod Billiee @Wrricha]

@airtelindia I've been your biggest advocate but it seems I've been mistakes. The kind of service I get at your customer care actually makes me feel like moving to another network right away after being with you for a decade. #badservice

[Narendra Modi @narendramodi]

Unrelenting support for RaGa. They wont shy away from risking their own image as a sensible media outlet.
