I came here expecting the version of the city I’ve heard about for years: dirty, dangerous, dysfunctional, and hopelessly corrupt.

Instead? It’s beautiful.

The architecture is stunning. The streets have been surprisingly clean. The food is incredible. The neighborhoods have character. And Lake Michigan provides a breathtaking backdrop that almost makes you forget you’re in the middle of one of America’s largest cities.

And experiencing it with Free, who grew up here, has given me an entirely different perspective.

Now, am I suddenly endorsing Chicago politics? 😂 Of course not.

But here’s where my libertarianism might irritate people on BOTH sides:

Chicago should be allowed to govern Chicago.

If the people of a community choose policies I wouldn’t choose for mine, that’s a far better arrangement than imposing one political vision on 330 million people from Washington, D.C.

Decentralization means accepting that different communities will make different choices.

And beneath all the politics are actual human beings…families, churches, businesses, neighborhoods, artists, cooks, builders…creating something bigger than government ever could.

A city is more than its politicians.

I'm sure you've all heard by now about the UC Davis study in which almost 89% of products that claimed to be made strictly with avocado oil were adulterated with seed oils.

So the big question remains for people like me who want a heat tolerant and neutral tasting avocado oil.

Are there any oils out there that are what they say they are?

Well the same group that did the most recent avocado oil study also published a study back in 2020 in which they analyzed 22 avocado oils for purity and rancidity levels.

Only three were found to be pure and unoxidized:

Practical tips on buying avocado oil:

Look for oil in dark glass to limit light-induced oxidation.

Check for harvest or best-by dates and buy as fresh as you can!

Smell! Fresh avocado oil should not smell like crayons, paint or stale nuts. These are signs of rancidity.

What's infuriating, if these studies prove to be correct, is that companies like Primal Kitchen and Sir Kensington's charge an exhorbitant price for a product that touts itself to be healthier than the alternatives. I'm willing to pay more for healthier food, but if this is all a scam, that's fraud and the companies need to be held accountable.

But in Trump's America the rich get richer as the working class sink like rocks. The latest fake MAGA talking point is that you can't afford $20 burritos because you lived life wrong. They say that you are broke because you use Door Dash even though you never do. They are pretending that they like high gas prices and you can't afford to fill up your car because of your bad life choices.

The truth us that Trump promised to bring prices down and he did the exact opposite. He promised this because his voters and the America people were struggling under the Biden Regime.

Trump promised us the Golden Age of American and he gave us a Golden Shower instead.

Trump made everything worse.

It's obvious that Trump and the Zionist Republican Part are intentionally betraying their voters in order to give power back to the Zionist Democrat Party. In reality, there is only one party, the Zionist Uniparty.

Except property taxes are $11,000 a year now.
