@brianh4951 @wildflower_hour @ukorchids You can see the bee orchid and pyramid orchid on Chineham Business Park. Appeared last year when an area of grass was left alone, after many years of mowing. Very exciting discovery!

The grass will not get used for anything so why not give it to wildlife, and a nice view to home owners

@AliDriverUK @ZacGoldsmith @DefraGovUK We have an open space site directly in front of our house. Last year a wildflower meadow strip was created in the middle. Never had grasshopper or crickets before and suddenly there was an abundance of them. Small, simple projects that cost very little but make a big impact.

If you can afford this, it’s a great way to have instant wildflowers without the work, and in turn help our insects to thrive. Businesses should be considering this as an option when landscaping the neglected areas around their building.https://t.co/CJmrnPm7cq
