We discovered some CR01s that are in #mint#condition. We can't even find a single scratch on them. These robots may have been part of someone's collection of rare artifacts. ๐ค
Some CR01s are heavily damaged. The faith of these avatars and whatever happened to them is unknown. Maybe a future owner will figure that out. #condition#heavydamage
Tempered metal is the result of exposure to an intense heat source. This can be observed on CR01s that operated in hot environments... or in some cases where the previous owner liked to have fun with a blowtorch. ๐ฅ
All CR01s have their own unique history, often reflected in the quality of their coating. Studying the chipped paint of a robot can help us decipher its story. ๐ฌ #CR01#conditions
The exotic metal alloy that makes up the frame of the #CR01 seems to be virtually immune to corrosion or any other condition for that matter. But the plates covering the head, torso, legs, and arms do corrode under extreme circumstances. ๐ค
Nature will always find a way. This is evident in some CR01s that have experienced prolonged exposure to things like water or tropical humidity. When this is the case the CR01 can appear almost organic at first glance. ๐ฟ
Just like a metal bracelet or a smartphone, the CR01 is prone to scratching as it is exposed to the environment. But it takes far more than some keys to scratch one of these robots.

CR01s are built tough but sometimes past extraordinary events have tested their metal to the breaking point. As a result, some robots display cracks of varying severity.

Smudges are varying sorts of dirt that are smeared out over the chassis of the CR01 โ a telltale sign that the robot has seen its fair share of use over the last million years or so.

You're looking at the 2023 version of an 80s subway train. Single artists and crews, from legends to newcomers, will go all out on the CR01 with a range of mediums including spray paint and stencils. The next stop is the Metaverse.
