I challenge EVERY high school baseball and softball team to copy this amazing idea. The 2020 season and how it ended was vicious, it cut like a knife. While it hurt everyone, the seniors took the biggest blow.

Only thing I might add is to have entire team sign the ball.

Effective teachers don't focus so much on rules, but on routines and procedures. If you focus on rules, you will spend most of the year enforcing them. But if you focus on routines and procedures, you rarely have to defer back to the rules.
