Legendary coach who maid 100 million on the backs of unpaid labor. Now wants to regulate the earnings of those who can finely earn fair market value. This is clown behavior.
Auburn had more fans in their (raucous) ballpark at 1 AM after the gates opened 12 hours earlier
It's almost like the folks who say that 'Alabama fans love Alabama football while Auburn fans love Auburn' are on to something
@BMattAU I'm interested in his velo early on. I thought Greg Olson was all over it on Friday in the 1st inning. His fastball was 87-88 on Friday while it's been 91-92 all season long.
@KevinScarbinsky I'm all for open markets. Coaches are under contracts with buyouts etc... He isn't making that salary without providing substance behind that salary.
NEW: Indiana's Curt Cignetti says College Football is in danger if something doesn't change soon:
“The market is pretty expensive — it’s scary. It’s scary. I think players should get paid. But something’s going to have to be done in the next 12 to 24 months, or universities might not be able to handle this. College football won’t exist the way we’re going right now.”

@LesWinkeler@M_Gerber17 I think many kids and families feel pressured to participate at a really early age in order to play (their sport) at a junior high school level/high school level.
