‼️ BREAKING: Journalists hid an Airtag in a rare book shipment and confirmed Amazon to be one of the buyers behind the bulk orders destroying rare-books to feed their AI.
They tracked it to Amazon's LAS8 warehouse in Las Vegas, home to VGT3 (see logo below), a scanning operation feeding Amazon's AI training data, where workers say they cut the bindings off books to scan them faster.
Amazon won't say why the books are destroyed.

🚨This video is terrifying.
And it’s another example of how ICE is making everyone less safe.
At Las Vegas International Airport, two people, in plain clothes, are seen trying to handcuff a man.
The man is screaming for help.
When the person filming asks a TSA agent what is happening, the agent replies, “It’s law enforcement.”
But when the person filming walks over and starts recording the people claiming to be law enforcement, one of them tries to swat the phone away.
Then, as more people begin watching, they get up and leave.
The man is left with a handcuff still attached to one of his wrists. He is visibly shaken and says they stole his belongings.
Think about how dangerous this is.
The government is normalizing armed agents, in plain clothes, grabbing people in public, without immediately identifying themselves in a way bystanders can verify. That creates confusion, panic, and makes it impossible for ordinary people to know whether they’re witnessing a lawful arrest, or a kidnapping.
In this case, people intervened… They started asking questions, and filming.
If no one had stepped in, who knows what would have happened to that man.
A government that expects people to simply accept unidentified agents, taking someone away without question, is making every person in this country less safe.
Gaza is forgotten amid the recent
Israeli-US attacks in the region, while Israel is still
pombing and starving the besieged people of Gaza for
the third year!
This is why people like Epstein can get away with anything. Powerful men laughing, partying, enjoying their own successes while turning a blind eye to predators; normalizing casual misogyny; laughing off immoral jerks. It’s the apathy of those who could take a stand but won’t.
After a discussion with their attorney, I have confirmed that Juan, his 16-month-old sister, his mom, and his dad have been deported.
According to their attorney, ICE deported the family with only the money that they had in their commissary—a total of $190.
To unnecessarily deport a sick baby and his entire family is heinous. My staff and I are in contact with Juan’s family. We are laser-focused on tracking them down, holding ICE accountable for this monstrous action, demanding specific details on their whereabouts and wellbeing, and ensuring their safety.
I have an update on Juan Nicolás, the 2-month-old baby detained at Dilley, and his mother.
Me and my team have been in contact with Juan’s family. Juan has bronchitis—according to his mom—and at some point in the last several hours he was unresponsive. Juan was still discharged from the hospital despite that around midnight today.
Juan’s mom went in front of an immigration judge this morning. She was told she will be deported, but was not told when or where. Both Juan and his mom are back at Dilley and their future remains uncertain.
We are all deeply concerned that Juan and his mom will be deported and that Juan’s health will continue to deteriorate. His life is in danger because of ICE’s monstrous cruelty. I will continue to provide updates and we will keep fighting to protect them.
I just panicked and came up with a plan to fix all my work problems at 4 a.m. because I couldn't sleep. I just realized I am very similar to Shane Hollander in this way. We both can't relax until there's a plan.
My neighbor has been playing music with bass AND on a guitar/bass from 5 pm yesterday to now. And it's driving me insane. The thumping is terrible. If you wanted to play loud music, don't rent a freaking duplex.
BREAKING: A video has leaked from an immigration detention center believed to be at 31 Hopkins Plaza, in Baltimore Maryland where legal immigrants are not even allowed to bath for over 10 days.
The person speaking Spanish is saying the following:
"Look at how they have us here. Look at how immigration is treating us. There are people here who are legal, there are people who are not legal, there are people who are losing their families. They are kidnapping us. They have us in a warehouse here in Baltimore. They beat us, they beat an older man. We can’t take it anymore. They have kept us here for more than 10 days without bathing and enduring hunger.”
@FairyLoot can you just make separate sales for signed vs. unsigned stock so I can get in and out of the queue faster? I've made my peace with the fact that I'll never get popular signed books anymore because youre queue times are right when I'm driving/getting to work...
