£92 was raised which will be used to get white ribbons for next years campaign and to help WWL staff and patients who are experiencing domestic abuse.
Thank you to everyone who supported the campaign and continue to support the service.
WWL HIDSVA’s have just completed the 16 Days of Action against violence against women and young girls.
As part of the 16 Days of Action they visited wards and departments throughout the Trust speaking to staff to raise awareness of the campaign.
The White Ribbon Campaign involved staff signing the pledge against violence against women and young girls and making a £1 donation in return for a white ribbon to show their support.
HIDSVA’s connected with 96 staff during the campaign who kindly signed the pledge.
Today marks the start of the @WhiteRibbon_UK campaign. The services have been over at TLC this morning sharing resources around Safeguarding with a focus on domestic abuse 👇
