My train was cancelled at Tottenham Hale this morning meaning I had to take the underground instead of going to Liverpool St.

@greateranglia can you explain why every morning when I go to buy a ticket, it gives me the option to go via Liverpool Street, but every time my ticket gets checked on the platform by staff, they say I am not allowed in Liverpool St despite that being a buying option on your app?

@greateranglia The only thing I noticed is it says London Underground Zone 2-6, but I don’t travel using underground at any point so this shouldn’t apply.

@greateranglia Whenever I get checked, they say I’m not allowed to travel to Liverpool Street despite it being displayed on the ticket. This has caused issues in the past where I have been dropped on a platform outside the barriers at Liv St and was not allowed entry back in to get my train
