@ninja_padrino I’d check out Tsukemen Enji in Kichijoji. I think it’s better than Fuunji. Iruca is excellent. The shio ramen at Menya Sho in Shinjuku is really good. And my favorite hidden gem ramen is Namidabashi in Mizonokuchi (technically not in Tokyo).
